HOW TO EMANATE BEAUTY FROM WITHIN THE INNERMOST LAYER OF OUR SKIN

Our skin is the largest organ and we have had a lot of tips of how and what to apply on it, but did you know that the secret to an effulgent skin lies deep in the innermost layers of the dermis?

Here are a few simple yet powerful suggestions on how to make your skin glow and well-nourished from deep within the human dermis.

Let’s start with drinking, we all have heard about the polyphenols in red wine that can help to brighten a dull complexion, and the aminoacid in red wine that’s can refresh the skin and give it a healthy glow. But that’s not the kind of drinking we are speaking about, it’s just water, Make sure to well hydrate the skin with water.

In this busy hustle and bustle culture, we do very well remember about red wines but we do often forget to simply top off our body with a glass of water. Drinking often during the day will help the body get rid of toxins off from our skin. I know whats your thinking….Drinking just water ain’t gonna make any miracles….But just think for a second, this ain’t gonna hurt after all.You gotta give it some time and patience and surely you will see how the hydration affects your skin that will lead to a more radiant sweet glow for sure over time.

Speaking of sweet, Did you know that sugar influences hormones and inflammation leading to acne? When we take refined and processed carbohydrates like white sugar, our body’s blood sugar levels increase at a faster rate, and as a result our pancreas responds by releasing insulin.

Having excess insulin in your blood can cause your oil glands to produce more oil, increasing your risks of acne. Soo By decreasing the sugar intake, you may be able to decrease the amount of insulin and as a result, oil and acne production that your body makes.”

In Our first point we gave soo much emphasis on hydration, but did you know that our little pleasure of drinking alcohol has a huge effect on our skin? One of the biggest impacts of alcohol consumption on our skin is “ dehydration”” which will cause your wrinkles and pores to be more visible. Yep, moderation is the key but one cant argue the fact that certainly alcohol is feasible in triggering acne.

The American Academy of Dermatology reports that alcohol consumption, specifically white wine and liquor, increases the risk of rosacea in women which is a common skin condition that causes redness and visible blood vessels in your face.

To conclude A few superfoods for your skin to mention are berries, tomatoes, apricots,  beets, squash, spinach, tangerines, and.. peppers, these veggies are key to internally infusing vitamins into your skin. Concerned about fatty acids cus you’re a vegan? Try Walnuts they are another good source of fatty acid. It supplies balanced nutrients that help the skin function properly and aid in healing wounds and fighting bacteria.
